Saudi Smash - WTT
We were responsible for staffing the Saudi Smash – WTT tournament in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This included sourcing, onboarding, training, and managing a team of 33 Freelancers. and 120 Ushers & Supervisors. The timeframe for recruitment and onboarding was tight, set at just 3 weeks.

Challenges:
The tight three-week recruitment window demanded a multifaceted approach. We needed to quickly identify suitable candidates from a diverse pool, train them effectively despite language barriers, and ensure seamless logistics for international teams. Additionally, maintaining consistent staff performance throughout the event was crucial.
Solutions:
By leveraging our pre-screened candidate database and utilizing various recruitment channels, we expedited hiring and implemented a streamlined vetting process. To bridge language gaps, we developed a comprehensive training program with bilingual trainers and both online and in-person sessions. Partnerships with local travel and accommodation providers secured bulk deals and a dedicated support team addressed international team logistics. Experienced supervisors oversaw different sections, and a real-time feedback system with performance metrics ensured consistent staff performance.
