NEOM Beach Games
At the NEOM Beach Games 2023, our ushers stationed in the Workforce and Athletes Villages for nearly two months ensured a unique success story despite many challenges. With 150 freelancers recruited for the NEOM Beach Games 2022 and 2023, we played a key role in the successful delivery of these sporting events.
Challenges:
Ensuring logistical excellence and providing essential amenities for recruiting staff in the remote location of the venue, and delivering high-end service that meets the event’s expectations within a short time.
Solutions:
Conducting extensive training sessions focused on event demands and its remote location, optimizing resources and establishing a strong team support network, exhibiting flexibility to adapt to unforeseen changes, and utilizing our network for fast recruitment in three days. In effect, our team’s dedication and skills delivered a seamless event experience.
